……is a successful commercial real estate developer. They secured a new building & were looking for a tenant fit-out for their new headquarters.

The existing space was home to another office tenant with a run-of-the-mill corporate look. The client wanted to blow out everything & start from scratch to personalize the space for the Nicklies brand.

The client was looking for a creative, colorful, & upbeat space that would make him & his staff excited to work in. Unexpected materials & color pairings in some of the main spaces personalized the space. Custom illustrations in the lounge area feature the client’s various development projects in a non-traditional way that highlight their broad investment portfolio.
